|The launch of Open Office Property and Rating (P&R)|
The launch of Open Office Property and Rating (P&R) system on 1st July 2012 demonstrates our commitment and ability to provide new business system solutions for Local Government Councils.
The new P&R system will become part of our core systems solution designed to fully interoperate with other Open Office systems such as Town Planning, CRMS, Health Manager and Reports for Open Office Management systems.
Our P&R System features include Rating, Assessment/Parcel/Title Maintenance, Revaluations, Sub-Divisions, Supplementary Charges, Receipting, Debtors, Journals and Production of Certificates in one streamlined operation by simplifying the process and reducing processing time and workload of Council Administration staff resources.
Open Office core systems are built on Microsoft .Net technology platform that sets the benchmark for the future of enterprise business software solutions for State and Local Government. Our primary aim is to deliver one simple easy-to-use solution but with a feature-rich user interface that is based on advice from collaborative consultation with government executives and their expert officers to extend the system beyond an administration tool into a holistic approach to customer service management.
By applying Open Office Multiplicative Agility (MA) philosophy, our core systems are modular and scalable to meet ever changing needs for;
· Efficient and customer centric services
· Community and Councillors demands
· New legislative changes
· On-line Service and mobile eCouncil capabilities
· Governance and risks management requirements
