Open Office first to go live with PPARS
Congratulations to the City of Stonnington and the development team at Open Office who were the first to successfully send a PPAR Data Return to DSE using XML and the prototype PPAR system on 16 May 2006. This was an important milestone and the first of over 60 implementations that the PPAR project team will manage over the next 12 months.
Latitude (GIS) Integration Project
All Open Office systems are now fully integrated with the Latitude GIS system. In the CRMS, users may select the customer address and the issue location from within Latitude and all details are populated into the CRMS record. Within Health Manager, users are able to do the same selection on premises address, septic tanks or cooling tower areas
Open Office Health Manager - Supporting VicFIN
Open Office have been working closely with FoodSafe Victoria to get the Health Manager System VicFIN compliant. Health Manager outputs three separate files in XML format onto the FoodSafe Victoria website which will update their statewide database.
